As part of our QMS:ISO9001:2008 – Measurement, Analysis and Improvement Process, our Management Review Team uses Customer Feedback for continuous improvement and as a performance metric. Detail Technologies realizes that it’s important to include comments from you – our customer. Positive and negative feedback are essential to achieving our goals.
